Comfortable Dtwn Condo by Restaurants w/Parking

Great location, easy to walk to all restaurants and shops. Roomy and clean. Stairs are steep, third floor with no elevator need to be listed, not just in reviews. We tried to get additional bed sheet as blanket is on smaller side and hard to share for two people. After awhile got a dry response it was not available. Made our nights not fun.

Great location and host. Only issue for future travelers is the unit is on the 3rd floor and is not ADA accessible. As long as walking up a few flight of steps isnt a problem, you will love this place. Entry was seamless and host was accessible. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the ride downtown was on average 11. The unit was clean as well as the amenities provided. The linen and towels were clean and the unit is on a small side street.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo is as pictured, no surprises. Clean, modern, and quiet. Towels, coffee, shampoo, etc. provided for a convenient stay. The location is walking distance to great parks, and the best restaurants. The parking provided is a block away. Street parking is also very easy if needed. Excellent communication from the property owner. We’ll be back!

Great neighborhood and cute condo. Be prepared to walk the steepest flights of stairs up to the 3rd floor. I marked it down because both the outer door code and condo door code did not work and we were left standing in a downpour trying to get ahold of the owner. She said management company changed the code earlier in the month but she never told us. Otherwise it was a great time and condo to explore OTR Cincinnati from.

Communication was the best I have ever had in a rental. Condo was clean, location was fantastic for the park and a FCC match. Being on the third floor isn’t my favorite after a long day but that doesn’t affect my review rating!
